Q: What areas do you service?
We service Auburn AL, Columbus GA, Newnan GA, Carrolton GA and the surrounding areas.
Q: What type of roofing materials do you use?
We only use the highest quality products on the market. We are an Owens Corning preferred contractor so we typically use OC but, we are happy to install any other equivalent brand you may choose.
Q: How long does replacing a roof typically take?
The job itself is completed in one day but from the inspection/start of a claim to completing the job takes 2 weeks on average due to the insurance claim process.
Q: Do we have to be out of the house when you are replacing the roof?
No, but we do recommend that there aren't alot of people coming in and out of the house while the work is being done for liability reasons.
Q: My home was damaged by hail, what is the turn around time to fix this?
Generally two weeks or less
Q: I got my check from the insurance adjuster for hail damage, now what?
We would ask to see your claim paperwork to ensure the insurance company is covering everything they should.
Q: Will you work with my insurance company to help me move forward with my roofing job?
Yes, we actually prefer to be involved from the beginning so that the insurance company covers your property in full.
